Frugal Diaper Washing: Stains on My Cloth Diapers

Help! I have nasty greyish yellow stains on my cloth diapers... What should I do?

I suggest trying Goo Gone.

This takes out almost any oily stain.

Goo Gone

Squirt it on, and leave it for a few minutes.

Then wash the diapers in hot water with detergent.

You may have to wash them a couple of times after using the Goo Gone to get rid of the citrus smell, but I think it will work.

NOTE: Pre-test on an inconspicuous area.

Thanks to Elissa for this Frugal Baby Tip!

  1. Good blog, but I hope that all the information described in greater detail, and other models to have more information available to us, I just think, you really should be commended for the BLOG!

  2. The goo gone might damage all in one cloth diapers or those with a built in pul layer or void the warranty on some more expensive diapers
