I use vinyl camping bags I bought from Wal-Mart. They are only about $4.97 and work really well.
I just wash them by themselves after I wash the dipes (so the Velcro dipes don't stick to the vinyl of the bags, I had this problem even after fastening up the Velcro dipes).
