This is working great and I don't pin...
The one I like is the unfold where you just lay the diaper in the cover - unfolded - and close up the cover. Then you smoosh the diaper into the cover leaving just the teeniest bit of diaper sticking through the edges so that it forms a tight seal.... no leaks on the cover or the clothes - and very very fast.
