Thanks to Kathy for this Frugal Baby Tip!
This may sound a little gross and germy, but it works for me:
I use a plastic knife (the picnic kind) to scrape off as much of the poop as I can.
I flush the toilet, then dunk the diaper and flush again. Then the diaper
goes into a dirty diaper-only pail next to the toilet.
I DO replace the knife every few days...but they're pretty cheap. I wish I
felt better about throwing them away, though.
Sorry if I made anyone sick...but hey, it works for me!
