I also just use water on my cloth wipes, but I also keep "Cleansing Greens Tee Tree and Lavender" cleanser in a spray bottle next to my wipe warmer. It smells really nice, and if my little one poops, it's nice to spray the cleanser on the wet wipe before I use it.
My sister uses the cleanser too, but instead of using it in a spray bottle, she dilutes it with water and uses it as a wipe solution in her wipe warmer, which eliminates any "wet washcloth" smells. Hope this helps!
