My nephew had a bad rash, so bad that there was almost no skin due to an allergy to lotion. Anyway the doctor told his mother to apply Mylanta to his bottom with a cotton ball, then sprinkle that with a medicated powder such as Gold Bond. She did as the doctor said and the rash was gone in two days. It really works, I have seen it myself.
